Last Sunday I wanted to go for a day out in the camper van with the family, to enjoy the last day of the holidays. But Mr YVL had other things in mind, namely to sort out the potting shed. Not exactly the fun I wanted but I am now a happy bunny that it’s all organised.
We use vintage orange vegetable racks to store all our seeds, small tools, wires etc. It definitely brightens up the space!
We have rows and rows of old pots, ready for a new staging area behind the house. He is going to build a shelving system to hold pots of tumbling tomatoes and strawberries which was a Victorian tradition. In the mean time, they are stored outside the shed.
The kids joined in…well made a bit of a mess really! They spent more time sitting down and making mud castles than actually helping!
We’ve been shopping again! We love CathrineHolm
