It’s announcement time here at Your Vintage Life. We have officially taken over the reigns of the National Vintage Wedding Fair. This fair was the first UK vintage wedding fair, established in 2010 by Keeley Harris. Its focus is on genuine vintage from the 1920s-1970s and each fair has 100’s, sometimes 500 vintage wedding gowns.
We love weddings here, and have blogged some over the years as well as enjoying our own 1950s DIY vintage wedding in 2012. So we thought we would launch today with our own wedding which you can see on the new blog.
We have made a few updates and totally revamped the site with a new focus on blogging regularly..think styling ideas, real weddings and original photos. The logo has had the word National added, something Keeley introduced after she won the Best Wedding Fair award last year at the National Vintage Awards. We’ve also added a new tag line “your day, the vintage way” too, watch this space for more exciting introductions.
Also to celebrate the launch we have teamed up with the amazing Miss L Fire who are offering a FREE pair of shoes to one lucky girl! Think amazing silver wedding shoes (or red ones like I wore) or a pair of cool day shoes.
