A 1960s vintage cake tin based on a 1940s design

Last weekend I bought this three tiered vintage cake tin by Johnson Bros. I haven’t seen a tiered cake tin with a 1960s flower power design on for a long time, as usually you see the 1930s/40s version by brands such as Tala.

While the earlier ones are truly fabulous, they don’t quite match my kitchen. So I’m very pleased to have snapped this one up! It looks great on my kitchenette with all my other lovely things.

As I’m not much of a baker, we have filled it full of the kids treats for now.
