This Saturday sees the return of the bi-annual mid-century auction at W&H Peacocks in Bedford. It has grown so much over the years, that this specialist auction now also happens at Leamington Spa and St Neots.
I love this auction as it is packed full of amazing furniture, lighting, ceramics and now, clothing. This time they have about 20 lots of vintage fashion dating from the 1950s-1980s as well as handbags. So if you love your retro, your rosewood, your Danish, orange and your Ercol, this is the place to be on Saturday.
Can’t get to Bedford? Don’t worry as you can bid online. Bidding starts at 10.30 am, and you need to pre register to bid online. Viewings are this Friday. Here are some of my favourite lots.
