When two interior trends come together in one piece of furniture! Ever since Pantone announced their colour of the year as Rose Quartz (pale pink) and Serenity (pale blue) I have seen a huge rise of pastels out on the high street. Today I am sharing key pieces for a pink vintage home that includes another interior trend for 2016: velvet.
Plush, rich, luxurious velvet is popping up everywhere in cushions and sofas (Habitat’s orange velvet sofa is amazing!) So if you too are loving all things pink and velvet look at this amazing suite.
Open Plan Living’s Mr Jones Sofa is a pure delight. It is a pricey piece but boy does it deliver! It also has a friend in the form of the Julius tub chair with a slight art deco feel to it. They are perfect for a boudoir, have a polished brass frame and are hand made in Portugal.
I would love this sofa, and here are some accessories that would complement them perfectly! And as my spare room/dressing room is pink I may just have to purchase some of them!
